Job Title: Senior BI and Data Product Analyst

We are seeking a Senior BI and Data Product Analyst to play a crucial role in supporting the development and management of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Net Recurring Revenue (NRR) solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and analytical mindset to drive financial decision-making and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for ARR and NRR metrics to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Monitor project progress while adhering to governance frameworks set by the Business Transformation Office.
  • Continuously evaluate performance against financial success metrics and OKRs.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, including sponsors, stakeholders, business owners, technology leads, and finance professionals.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Identify and address project risks and issues, escalating RAID items when necessary.
  • Provide high-quality project performance reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business owners, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to produce top-tier deliverables.
  • Support programme management, including preparing materials for steering groups, financial reporting, project updates, and business case development.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of ARR and NRR metrics and related concepts.
  • Extensive SQL experience and the ability to manage complex technology architectures.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing process, technology, and finance initiatives.
  • Experience working in both agile and waterfall environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with a structured approach to creating clear and compelling documentation.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to deliver pragmatic solutions when necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: £80,000 pro rata or day rate equivalent.
  • Location: Hybrid working model (Maidenhead/Remote).
