Job Title: Marketing Designer
We are seeking a Marketing Designer to help evolve and enhance a leading fintech brand. This role requires a creative professional with strong experience in visual storytelling, digital design, and brand development. The Marketing Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing materials, ensuring design consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Support the evolution of the brand identity and maintain design consistency across digital and print assets.
- Create detailed mock-ups and prototypes for website pages and collaborate with web development teams for implementation.
- Work with the demand generation team to optimize ad creatives and visuals for performance-driven campaigns.
- Design high-quality marketing collateral, including sales decks, email templates, eBooks, and one-pagers.
- Collaborate with external agencies to produce engaging video content for brand campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to design best practices and quality standards, incorporating feedback from senior team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Designer, preferably within the tech or B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects independently with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring design aligns with marketing and brand objectives.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and presenting design solutions.
- Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment, adaptable to changing priorities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: £80K – £88K (equivalent to $100K – $110K USD)
