Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive expertise in Facets and PL/SQL to lead and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Benefits Configuration, Pre-Adjudication processes, and Medicare & Medicaid Claims. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects related to Facets and PL/SQL, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee Facets workflows, including Plan Product Group, Customer Service, Claims, Accumulators, Benefits, and Benefit Configuration.
• Provide expert guidance on Benefits Configuration Pre-Adjudication and Medicare & Medicaid Claims to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to promote collaboration and transparency.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide training and technical support to enhance team members’ skills in Facets and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Facets, including Workflow, Plan Product Group, Customer Service, Claims, Accumulators, and Benefits Configuration.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL with proven application in project management.
• Domain expertise in Benefits Configuration Pre-Adjudication and Medicare & Medicaid Claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects in a hybrid work model.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: £80K – £105K, depending on experience and qualifications.
