This is a high-paying opportunity for an experienced Practice Development Specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Practice Development Specialist to support the integration and promotion of EVO across refractive surgery practices in North America. This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to implement practice marketing initiatives and training programs that drive product awareness and adoption.
Key Duties:
- Execute practice development activities and integrate ICL tools across identified accounts to increase EVO awareness.
- Implement and deliver online and in-person training initiatives on EVO for practice staff.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute practice support programs and activities.
- Assist refractive practices with integrating digital tools, messaging, and toolkits into their websites and social media channels.
- Coordinate efforts across Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams for seamless support.
- Communicate effectively with surgeons and staff to promote EVO’s benefits from both a product and business perspective.
- Provide promotional strategies and ideas to help refractive practices succeed in promoting EVO locally.
- Utilize available funding to support promotional activities for Alliance Accounts.
- Travel within the territory, including possible travel to Canada (over 40% travel required).
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (healthcare-related field preferred).
- MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- 3+ years of sales or marketing experience required.
- Practice management consulting in the refractive industry is a strong advantage.
- Track record of success in technical or medical sales is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong commercial acumen with self-motivation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and deliver while working autonomously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience collaborating with healthcare professionals.
- Results-driven, organized, and able to adapt to different individuals and levels of leadership.
- Team-oriented, with a focus on the organization’s success.
- Experience managing travel and expenses.
Compensation:
$100k - $160k (final compensation will depend on experience)
