Job Title: Senior Director of Implementation Management
The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Implementation Management to lead a global team responsible for onboarding clients and ensuring a seamless experience with a SaaS-based solution. This critical role will drive customer satisfaction and value realization through strategic leadership, effective project delivery, and continuous process improvement.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing enterprise-level software delivery projects for financial institutions, alongside repeatable SaaS onboarding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers and implementation consultants, ensuring successful execution of client onboarding projects.
- Client Engagement: Act as an executive sponsor on projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to define deliverables and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Management: Build and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance on methodologies, best practices, and client relationship management.
- Resource Allocation: Manage resource planning and capacity to optimize project delivery efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, escalate issues, and ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance project management processes and tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and quality.
- Stakeholder Communication: Drive effective communication across cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and clients for project success.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs and SLAs, provide status updates, and ensure accountability for project milestones.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience leading Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management teams within SaaS or fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Data-driven approach to performance metrics and optimization.
- Experience managing enterprise-level projects (>$1M) and smaller repeatable projects (<$100k).
- Proven expertise in writing and negotiating Statements of Work.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset to address complex challenges.
