About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical skills to support key decision-making through data-driven insights. This role involves working with multiple teams in the IT organization to develop and utilize financial and contract metrics for strategic business initiatives. The successful candidate will facilitate discussions, form teams, assign tasks, and solve complex business problems using data.

The role also involves benchmarking, developing internal and external best practices, and influencing organizational change to support business decisions. The candidate may also lead quality assurance and business process improvement activities such as performance management, change management communications, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze actual spend vs. forecasts, identifying discrepancies and implementing change controls when necessary.
• Provide financial analysis on cost variances and correct inappropriate charges in SAP.
• Map data to original source systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data verification and validation, building controls to maintain data integrity.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders to coordinate and document IT system changes.
• Capture, analyze, and present data to managers and directors for decision-making purposes.
• Develop dashboards and presentations to summarize analysis and recommendations.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops with business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure key initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish key business, financial, and performance metrics in collaboration with IT and functional leadership.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience in business analysis.
• Expert in Power BI – able to create and manage dashboards from data sets.

Preferred Skills:

• MBA or a graduate degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Visio, PowerPoint) with expert-level Excel skills.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, SAP, Oracle, and Hyperion.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
