Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Benefits

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Functional Analyst to support the Program Management Office in designing and implementing enhanced functionality and process flows. This is a key role requiring expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.x and experience in analysing business and functional capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2/3 Help Desk support to resolve trouble tickets and user issues.
• 
  
• Support Program Management Office functions and new implementations/migrations.
• 
  
• Analyse business/functional capabilities and document process flows.
• 
  
• Create and update functional design specifications (MD-50s) for new or enhanced functionality.
• 
  
• Configure Oracle EBS application modules, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), iProcurement, Purchasing,
• 
  
• Payables, and General Ledger.
• 
  
• Develop test plans, scripts, and manage system testing, including unit integration and user acceptance testing.
• 
  
• Gather and review business requirements with users and perform functionality gap analysis and solution design.
• 
  
• Develop and update end-user training materials for new or enhanced functionality.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in design, unit testing, and deployment of FRICEW objects in Oracle EBS R12.2.x.
• 
  
• Experience configuring one or more Oracle EBS modules, such as Purchasing, Payables, Projects, and Receivables.
• 
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate meetings and drive actions to closure.
• 
  
• Experience creating functional design specifications (MD-50s).
• 
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and working knowledge of Oracle applications.
• 
  
• Familiarity with Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) configuration is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Active DoD Secret clearance preferred.
• 
  
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools, such as Tableau, IBM COGNOS, or MicroStrategy.
• 
  
• Prior government contracting or civil service experience.
•
