The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and drive growth for a fast-growing consumer brand. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with execution. You will manage multiple digital and offline channels to attract new members, win back lapsed users, and deliver measurable results.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy, continuously test new channels, and collaborate closely with design and product teams to create high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing and communication activities across digital and offline channels to acquire new members and reactivate lapsed users.
- Manage and optimise campaigns in SEM, paid and organic social, retargeting, affiliate, SEO, referral marketing, influencer, and email/SMS marketing.
- Test new marketing channels and creative messaging, contributing to landing page optimisations and user flow improvements.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, using a test-and-learn approach to refine strategies.
- Partner with design and product teams to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth and customer acquisition.
- Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with strong Excel skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and creative campaign management.
- Basic SQL knowledge and prior experience in a subscription-based business are nice to have but not essential.
- A scrappy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take projects from concept to completion.
