Salary: £100,000 - £150,000 per annum + Bonus Potential + Benefits
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner – Energy Sector to lead and grow the Energy Department at a top-tier Legal 500 firm. This is a unique opportunity to drive the firm’s strategy for the energy sector, lead a talented team, and strengthen the firm's position as a market leader in the industry.
In this role, you will oversee a broad range of energy-related matters, including real estate, corporate transactions, litigation, commercial contracts, and employment issues. You’ll collaborate closely with other partners across the firm to deliver exceptional service, expand the client base, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Energy Sector Department and develop the firm’s strategy for growth in the energy market.
- Provide high-level legal expertise across various energy-related matters, including real estate, corporate transactions, disputes, and commercial contracts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the firm’s presence in the market.
- Collaborate with partners across departments to deliver seamless, high-quality service to energy clients.
- Drive business development through networking, thought leadership, and participation in industry events.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, embracing technology and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 10 years of experience in energy law, ideally with leadership experience at a senior level in a respected UK law firm.
- Broad understanding of energy law, including real estate, corporate, disputes, and commercial contracts.
- Proven business development skills with a strong track record of attracting and retaining clients.
- Commercially savvy with a passion for innovation and growth.
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on team development and embracing new technologies.
