The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Operations Director to lead operations for a fast-growing marketing business. This pivotal role offers a pathway to Chief Operating Officer and ultimately to Chief Executive Officer, making it an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to drive operational excellence and deliver strategic growth.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will oversee global operations, focusing on performance-based advertising solutions, optimising processes and systems, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will also play a critical role in fostering engagement across international teams and driving efficiency in all revenue-generating functions.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Develop and execute operational strategies that align with long-term growth objectives.

  • Drive expansion, optimise service delivery, and enhance profitability across global markets.

  • Champion automation, data-driven decision-making, and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.


Operational Excellence

  • Lead key operational teams such as Customer Support, Partnerships, and Global Services.

  • Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance campaign performance and cost-efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services supporting revenue growth.


Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, inspire, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative culture.

  • Identify skill gaps and implement training and development initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.

  • Provide structured performance management, including goal setting and continuous feedback to senior managers.


Client & Business Development

  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure operational excellence in delivering marketing solutions.

  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and refining client engagement strategies.


Financial & Project Oversight

  • Conduct budget reviews and drive cost efficiencies across operations.

  • Oversee key initiatives to ensure timely and high-standard delivery.

  • Analyse performance data to drive productivity improvements and enhance client satisfaction.
