The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trust Manager to manage a portfolio of onshore and offshore trusts for a leading specialist in Trusts & Estates. This exciting role offers a blend of client-facing responsibilities and technical trust advisory work, with opportunities for career growth towards Director and Partner levels.

As the primary contact for trustees, you will work closely with Directors and Partners on trust structuring, inheritance tax (IHT) planning, estate/succession advice, and the establishment and winding up of trusts. Additionally, you will oversee the preparation and review of trust/estate accounts and tax returns prepared by junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of offshore and onshore trusts, acting as the main point of contact for trustees.

• Provide expert advice on trust structuring, IHT planning, and estate/succession matters.
• 
  
• Collaborate with Directors and Partners on ad hoc trust projects.
• 
  
• Oversee the preparation and review of trust/estate accounts and tax returns.

• Support the development and mentoring of junior team members.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• STEP qualified, with CTA preferred.
• 
  
• Proven experience advising on trust taxation, IHT, and estate planning.

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
