About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our dynamic security team and play a crucial role in protecting our digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating cyber threats, ensuring compliance with security standards, and enhancing our security posture through proactive monitoring and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor networks and systems for security threats and vulnerabilities, responding to incidents in real-time.
  • Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans.
  • Investigate security breaches and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Work with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices.
  • Perform threat intelligence analysis and stay updated on emerging cyber threats.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.
  • Assist in security awareness training for employees.
  • Document security incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews and improvements.

Key Requirements:

✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or a related field.
✅ Proficiency in SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions.
✅ Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
✅ Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, and authentication protocols.
✅ Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC are highly desirable.
✅ Experience in penetration testing and vulnerability management.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
