The Role:

An exceptional opportunity awaits a Senior Project Manager with expertise in managing the design and construction of high-value luxury hospitality projects. Based in Dallas, Texas, this role offers significant growth potential within a newly established office of an internationally renowned consultancy.

You will lead complex projects—primarily new builds with some refurbishment—while working closely with architects, landscape architects, and interior designers to deliver high-end hotels and hospitality developments. There will be occasional short-term travel, as many projects are across Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full design and construction process for luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects.
• Lead project delivery from inception to handover, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
• Collaborate with design teams, clients, and international offices (including London) to ensure project alignment and success.
• Manage budgets and monitor project costs to ensure financial performance and cost control.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants while ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site visits, attend stakeholder meetings, and provide comprehensive project reporting.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in luxury hotels, hospitality, or large-scale high-end residential projects.
• A construction-based degree such as BSc/BA in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering. An MSc in Construction Project Management is advantageous.
• Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MICE, MAPM, CEng) is preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of the full design and construction lifecycle, including budget and cost management.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and ideally Primavera P6.
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills with a confident client-facing presence.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally for short-term project requirements.
• Stable work history with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects.
