The Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in high-value, luxury hospitality projects to join a global multidisciplinary consultancy in Los Angeles. This exciting role involves managing the design and construction of prestigious hotels and high-end hospitality projects across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, landscape architects, interior designers, and clients to oversee new builds and select refurbishment projects. The role offers significant international exposure and growth potential within a rapidly expanding division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of high-value hotel and hospitality projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams in London and external project partners worldwide.
• Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with contractors and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Represent the client at meetings and on-site visits, both domestically and internationally.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction of luxury hotels, hospitality projects, or high-end residential developments.
• Degree in Architecture, Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MICE, MAPM, CEng) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the full design and construction process, with experience managing large-scale projects.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with cost management and delivering projects within budget and timelines.
• Willingness to travel internationally for short-term site visits and client meetings.
• Exceptional report-writing skills and the ability to liaise with high-level stakeholders.
