The Role
The Senior Data Analyst will have full ownership of the Salesforce platform, working closely with stakeholders to optimise its performance and enhance business decision-making. This role is critical for ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales and Marketing while maintaining high data quality and developing powerful insights to drive growth.
What the Ideal Candidate Should Bring:
- Extensive Salesforce expertise, including advanced configuration and reporting.
- Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams, gathering business requirements, and delivering system improvements.
- Strong data analysis skills, translating raw data into valuable insights.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools is a major plus.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Solid knowledge of data governance, validation processes, and integration management.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant) are desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Management: Take end-to-end ownership of the platform, managing configuration, optimisation, and performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop customised dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align Salesforce functionalities with business needs.
- Integration Management: Ensure seamless data synchronisation with HubSpot and other tools, improving system efficiency.
- Data Governance: Maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy within Salesforce.
- User Training & Support: Provide ongoing training for stakeholders to maximise Salesforce capabilities.
Salary & Benefits:
- £70,000 - £80,000 per annum (based on experience)
