We’re looking for a Senior CRM Campaign Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our CRM strategy, ensuring first-party data is maximized to deliver highly personalized customer experiences. You’ll lead data-driven CRM initiatives, working closely with analytics and data science teams to enhance targeting strategies, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization. As a key contributor to our personalisation strategy, you’ll ensure campaigns are impactful and deliver meaningful results for both customer engagement and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the use of first-party data across CRM and wider digital channels.
  • Manage the CRM analytics workflow, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to refine customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance and improve data collection processes.
  • Partner with central data teams to align marketing requirements with broader business transformation projects.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a small team of CRM analysts (2 direct reports).

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and relate insights to business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and CRM software—preferably Tableau and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience working in CRM, direct marketing, and online marketing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns from setup through to delivery and reporting, with a focus on optimization and continuous improvement.
