About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the project from the groundworks stage through to steel frame construction, envelope completion, internal fit-out, and final handover. You will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Manage and lead the site team, subcontractors, and trades to achieve key project milestones.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations across the site.
• Liaise with the client and key stakeholders, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent working relationships.
• Develop and maintain project programmes to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of the project.
• Manage all relevant project documentation and reporting.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering new-build industrial, commercial, or retail projects. You should possess strong leadership skills and be confident managing site teams and subcontractors, with a hands-on approach to solving challenges.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Extensive experience in managing new-build projects, ideally within industrial or commercial construction.
• Main contracting background with a focus on delivering projects from groundworks to handover.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (mandatory).
• Excellent project planning and programming skills.
• Commercially astute with strong cost management abilities.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire site teams to deliver outstanding results.
