About the Role
As the Senior Finance Business Controller, your candidates will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, business analysis, and strategic planning to support decision-making across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a highly experienced finance leader with a strong track record in financial management, business partnering, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at the senior leadership level and have a deep understanding of business operations in multinational environments.
Key Skills & Experience:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in complex, multi-entity organizations.
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the UAE or the Middle East market is highly desirable.
