About the Role

Reporting to the COO, the Senior HR Business Partner will oversee HR operations and drive the people and talent management agenda across Europe and Asia, partnering closely with teams in London, Paris, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, manage performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee relations, while also contributing to L&D programs and the setup of a new Middle East office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including the Head of London, Head of Europe, and COO.
  • Oversee the annual performance review and compensation cycle, working closely with the US team.
  • Partner with senior management on promotion evaluations, succession planning, and job description updates.
  • Advise and coach senior leadership on employee relations (ER) issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and exits.
  • Drive internal and external L&D programs, managing relationships with training providers.
  • Support the setup of a new Middle East office, ensuring compliance and HR readiness.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team on recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
  • Oversee business operations, liaising with the Office Manager, Executive Assistants, and Front of House.
  • Foster an inclusive and high-performing culture, ensuring a people-first approach across the organisation.
  • Lead key HR projects, including an upcoming London office relocation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HRBP or Head of HR with a proven track record in financial services or partnership environments. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, extensive experience managing senior stakeholders, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Significant experience as a Senior HRBP or Head of HR, ideally in financial services or professional services.
  • Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders, operating with gravitas in high-expectation settings.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in office relocations, compensation cycles, and process redesign.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment, with an understanding of jurisdictional HR differences.
  • Ability to lead, empower, and support an existing HR team, ensuring smooth operations during the maternity cover period.
