About the Role

The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the consolidation and reporting across multiple business verticals. Leading a team of 2-3 skilled finance professionals, the successful candidate will be responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory audits. This role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders, providing financial insights and strategic support to drive key business decisions across the group.

In addition to reporting and analytics, the Finance Manager will ensure compliance with IFRS standards, manage tax requirements, and lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Consolidation & Reporting: Lead monthly management reporting, statutory audits, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting for multiple entities.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with central functions such as Logistics and Loyalty Programs, providing financial insights and strategic advice.
• Analytics & Insights: Deliver detailed analytics based on historical data and trends to support key business decisions.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, manage tax requirements, and uphold strong financial controls.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives, including Chart of Accounts revisions and process improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a qualified finance professional with extensive experience in multi-entity operations and multi-currency consolidations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale or international businesses and a deep understanding of IFRS standards and financial modelling.

Key Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in multi-entity, multi-currency operations within large-scale or international businesses.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling and implementing robust controls and processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS standards, including IFRS 16 and revenue recognition.
• Experience in the retail sector (highly desirable).
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
