About the Role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in overseeing project finances, cost control, and contract management from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in managing large construction projects. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, have excellent negotiation skills, and possess a strong understanding of cost control and contract management.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Excellent budgeting, financial management, and cost control skills.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Membership of RICS (desirable but not essential).
