The Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of a prestigious £40M fit-out project for a multinational specialist manufacturer. This project includes state-of-the-art laboratories, ISO clean rooms, and high-end office facilities with a modern, distinctive design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of projects—from inception and design development to procurement, construction, and final delivery.
• Ensure robust quality management systems are in place and meet service excellence standards.
• Manage project budgets, identifying risks and mitigating challenges to maintain financial health.
• Build and manage high-performing project teams and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones while monitoring and reporting progress throughout all phases of the project.
• Collaborate with design and consultancy teams to ensure compliance with healthcare and laboratory standards.
