Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of projects—from inception and design development to procurement, construction, and final delivery.
- Ensure robust quality management systems are in place and meet service excellence standards.
- Manage project budgets, identifying risks and mitigating challenges to maintain financial health.
- Build and manage high-performing project teams and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones while monitoring and reporting progress throughout all phases of the project.
- Collaborate with design and consultancy teams to ensure compliance with healthcare and laboratory standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Membership in RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent professional organisation.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale project delivery.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Experience leading and coordinating diverse project teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Awareness of sustainability and carbon reduction practices in construction projects.
