Job Title: Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience to lead complex projects related to Facets and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Benefits Configuration Pre-Adjudication and Medicare & Medicaid Claims. This hybrid role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Delivery:
- Lead and manage complex projects related to Facets and PL/SQL, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Facets Workflow Plan, Product Group, Customer Service, Claims Accumulators, Benefits, and Benefit Configuration.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and issue logs.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Regulatory & Compliance Management:
- Provide expert guidance on Benefits Configuration Pre-Adjudication and Medicare & Medicaid Claims to ensure compliance.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Process Optimization & Training:
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Train and support team members on Facets and related technologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Extensive experience in Facets Workflow, Claims, Accumulators, Benefits & Benefit Configuration.
Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and its application in project management.
Domain expertise in Benefits Configuration, Pre-Adjudication, Medicare & Medicaid Claims.
Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects in a hybrid work model.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification (or equivalent) is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $100k - $130k (depending on experience).
Bonus: Eligible for performance-based incentive programs.
